Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QMacau, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using QMacau, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

Our Services

QMacau provides the following services:

• Currency Exchange Marketplace - Find and connect with verified currency exchange merchants
• Hotel Booking - Browse and book hotel rooms from verified sellers
• Entertainment Booking - Reserve sauna and entertainment venues
• Social Discovery - Connect with people nearby based on interests and location

User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not engage in any illegal or prohibited activities
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Not use the service for commercial purposes without authorization

User-Generated Content and Community Rules

When posting or sending content through Social, Forum, comments, chat, or similar features, users must follow these rules:

• QMacau does not tolerate sexual, violent, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, illegal, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content.
• QMacau does not tolerate insults, harassment, threats, fraud, targeted abuse, or other abusive user behavior.
• Users can report objectionable content or block abusive users from content menus; blocked-user content is removed from that user’s view immediately.
• QMacau will act on reports within 24 hours and may remove violating content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts.

Transactions

All transactions between users are independent agreements. QMacau is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee the completion or safety of any transaction.

Limitation of Liability

QMacau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Macau SAR.
